Fuse/circuit Breaker Location
manual tells you to check the fuse/circuit breaker but does NOT tell you where it is located or how to access it ????

If the user manual is telling you to check the circuit breaker then this is the one in your house. There is not one inside the oven.
Basically, all they are asking is to verify that the oven is receiving proper AC voltage. If the oven is dead then the 15-20 amp internal fuse is open, and this requires a technician to diagnose the failure. Many times the fuse opens if one of the door interlock switchesor one of the components in the high voltage circuit (5,000 volts, DANGER) like the magnetron, diode, capacitor or the transformer fail (this would have made a loud growl before it went dead). Expect the repair labor cost to be around $75.
