Is The Model R-320 Cw Similar To R-320 Hw? Clock Display Function Is Scrambled

The model I have is Model R-320 CW C. The clock LED is scrambled. i have unplugged and tried to re-boot this way to no success. Is the a users manual available for this model? Can the clock display be re-set? if so how?
