Sharp Constant Flashing Power Light

This flashing Power light started last night, My TV wont go on, I've tried a couple of things that has not fixed the Problem...What should I do? Please Help!

Hold the power and input buttons down for about 10 seconds until light stops flashing or it turns red, then press the power button again. It should turn on and probably turn off real quick. Usually means backlight bulb is out.
