Entry Error For Shrp Ops Er-420

I have a cashier Sharp ER-420 and after programming the items and begin the process of selling, There are some items do not read the device and give this message ENTRY ERROR Not all items for only some of I want a solution to this problem

You may have set the wrong PLU type. Try changing the PLU type during programming the item.
