Calculator Jam Sharp El-1197piii
No paper jam.Show error (0.E) if press asterisk(*) or #. I . Press reset botton on back still jam, paper dont moved, Only works on non printing. Any idea

I suggest you go through the paper roll steps & check all the error possibilities in the manual. The troubleshooting sources online point back to the manual.
