My Mega Cool Stoped Working . When I Turn It On Only Works In Dehumity.

It stoped working. It has been drained but still doesn't click on. When I try with remote you hear it click twice only on to dehumity. Mega cool won't come on. A/c won't come on but only on dehumitY. Which is low a/c not highers fans. Can you help? Keep in kind it's the 10000 btu.
