Back Of Unit In Garage, Wetting The Garage Wall. Can I Use An Outlet For Water.

Unit placed years ago. May not be level in the wall. Rather than re-position the unit can I re-direct or control the flow by applying a tube of some sort on the garage side? Is there an outlet hole I can utilize with a tube of some sort?

I'm sure there's a way to mechanically channel the condensation outside. I suggest 1st buy some AC refrigerant pipe covers, once the insulators are installed the condensation should cease.
