I Have A Case Number Open. Do You Have Access To That Info?
I called Sharp about my sharp Aquos TV to ask why I no longer had access to youtube and a few other apps that came stocked on the TV and noticed that my netflix wasn't working either. The rep had me delete the Netflix app and said once I tried to use it again it would reactivate.... i mean there is a Netflix button on the remote, one main reason I bought the tv. Now is definetly not working and seems like his suggestion made 0it worse.
