Nothing But Static

We got the unit about 12 years ago. All we are getting now is static - no voice at all. It's installed at the Granite Theatre. No idea where our install manual is or how it was installed or if something was disconnected. Need to know how it feeds into our system..Can I download an install manual or can you send one. We did order a new battery for one of the headsets - no difference.Any idea as to what would cause this?David
