Where Is My Refund Card???
I made a purchase of an online item in my local store and they put the wrong address and misspelled my name, then sent the wrong tracking number. When I tried to correct this, Sears decided the best route was to cancel the order and because I used a gift card to make payment, a new one was supposed to be sent. Now I don't have the shampooer I wanted before Thanksgiving and my money has been tied up for a month. My inquiries have only been met with frustrating lip service. What gives with you people? Order # 177676525
