What Is The Difference Between St9120822a And St9120821a? Big Difference In Pric

What is the difference between the ST9120821a and ST9120822a? The former is version 5400.2 and the latter is 5400.3. Usually the newer versions are more expensive. But the the former is much more expensive than the latter.
