Schinn Wayfarer Replacement Wheels And Rims

Hello,I work in the film industry in Australia in the props department. I am currently working on a production that is interested in using a Schwimm Wayfarer Step Thru women's bike 700c. We will need to replace the wheels as there is a scene were we crash the bike and ruin the rims and tyres. What kind of wheels do they take, what are they made of, how big are they and where would be the best place to find some replacements? Thank you in advance, any help appreciated
