How To Locate And Replace Fuel Pump

My 09 Aura, 2.4L stalled (at 45mph it quit running for about 3-4 seconds and picked back up on its own) as I was driving to work. It was like I had ran out of gas however, once it began running again it ran just fine for another 20 minutes (the time it took to get to work). I turned the car off and went on inside to work. 'When I came out to start it, later in the day, it sould start and die, start and die.... One of the guys had a pressure gauge with him and he checked the fuel pressure at the Fuel Rail and it only had 30-35 lbs. That's the most we could get it up to. Finally, I just jumped into the car, started it and throw it in drive (hoping to get it rolling and thinking it might pick up like it had that morning. I would start it, put it in drive until it would quit and I did this over and over until it did finally pick up. Once it did, it was fine until I got home. Once I turned off the engine and tried to start it again; same thing...it would continue to die over and over until I ran down Battery so I baught a fuel pump. Now I need to know how to install it or at least where it's located. I was told there's an access panel under the rear seat but haven't looked as I'm not too sure how to remove the seat. Can someone please help as we don't have an additional vehicle to drive to work.
