Making A Clanking Noise On The Passenger Side, I'm Assuming Its From The Tires.
The noise comes periodically starting low and then getting real loud like something is loose and about to fall off. When I go into reverse it feels like its tryiing to go back in place from where it came out of., also the brakes shift when I go into reverse and I feel the thing move.

My best guess is that you have a bad CV (constant velocity) joint on the passenger side. Does the sound get worse when you try to make a hard turn? That's a classic sign of a bad CV joint.
A bad CV joint can get worse very fast, so it can become a serious safety issue. Have this problem checked out right away. You do not want this to completely fail when you are going 60 MPH! The wheel will splay outward if the joint completly fails, which can cause the car to spin out even have a rollover. Get it fixed ASAP!
