Took 2002 Saturn L300 For Oil Change With No Leaks And Left With Leak Around Oil
Took 2002 saturn l300 for oil change with no leaks and left with leak around oil filter, oil guy said he didnt change the filter because he couldnt get it off but i think he tried to take it off and btoke it and put it back on and then he blamed last oil change co of overtightening it and said i should make them pay for repair costs, whos fault would this be the new oil guy or the old???

It could have been either one. I would go back to the first & see what they say about the situation. If the 1st over-tightened it then they are responsible, if not the 2nd messed it up & it's on them. No good answer without proof of fault.
