New Samsung Yp-r1jcs Will Not Work.

Just bought a Samsung YP-R1JCS and after one day it will not come on. It just shows "Samsung" on the opening screen and then "R1" with the url of the samsung website underneath it and there is where it hangs. When plugged into the computer with USB it is not recognized by the computer as being connected and nothing happens. We have used the reset button a number of times with no results, except that it turns it off. Any help would be appreciated before we send it back. Thank you.
