Only Quick Wash
My washer only works using the quick wash setting. All other settings don't work.

I can only refer you to the user guide. There are a number of error codes which should be visible if there is a fault. It could be an error in setting up. If the user guide does not enable a solution then you need to contact Samsung support at the number at the end of the guide.
