Samsung Wf316las/xaa Leaking Water From Soap Tray Holder
I have had a leak for queit some time, finally took machine top and back off. I have pinpointed the leak from the soap dispenser (HOLDER), NOT THE DISPENSER ITSELF!
I take the soap dispenser out and the holder that the soap dispenser slides into (where the actual 5 rubber hoses attach too.
I then run my machine and see that its leaking from the rectangle area and the lid/ clips
If you are looking at the front of the unit, the holder that the soap dispenser slides into has a rectangle cutout on the left side. It appears to be leaking from their as well as the lid, where the clips are.
In the picture attached its the part R0096 & RO159
Samsung says I have to pay a tech to come out and fix. What is a tech gonna do that I cant. Seems like a bad build or something.
There is a recall on my unit for leaking but the samsung site says, "not on my serial number.
