Cold Water Keeps Dripping Into Machine Constantly
It seems that there's a problem with the machine's ability to control the water going into the machine. It runs fine, drains after washing etc, but there's a perpetual drip into the soak compartment which then runs slowly into the tub. If I shut off the water from the wall it stops, and the water entering the machine is cold. I can't figure out how to open the top of the machine to see the valve that controls the water going in.
