Why Is My Sgh-t528g Forwarding Calls Straight To Voicemail Rather Than Ringing?
At least 3-4 times each week my friends/family tell me that they've been trying to call me. They say my phone rings 5 or 6 times and then it goes to voicemail, but my phone never rings on my end even though my ringer volume is turned up. In addition, I don't get notifications for the voicemails they leave until at least an hour after they've left them.

Follow the steps below on how to disable your Virtual Voicemail.
1. Select Application to view the list of applications.
2. Launch Visual Voicemail Application 3.
Tap the Menu ey on screen.
4. Select Settings.
5. On the Visual Voice Mail(VVM) switch, Move it to the right side to turn gret and tap ok to save the settings.
Your voice mail should be disabled by doing the steps above.
