I guess you already figured this out, but just in case you or anyone else needs this, here it is.

1.Once you answer or place a call, use your fingertip to tap, hold, and slide the "Speaker" bar to the right. "Speaker On" will display.

Note: If the phone is locked, hold the lock key located on the right side of the phone for two seconds to unlock the phone.
