Greetings - If you have attempted to unlock your phone 3 times incorrectly, your pin should now be blocked and the phone should now be asking for a PUK code. This can be simply obtained from you network service provider if you know the phone number of the simcard that blocked (will probably not have to even talk to a real human agent). Simply call your castomer care line using s different phone and select PUK Code request when presented with the options to choose from (the PUK number will then be given you after entering the cell number upon the prompting).
