I Have Forgotten My Puk Code For My Tracfone Wireless And Cannot Remember My Pho

When the phone displays the message Enter PUK code, it means that your Sim card is blocked. You need to contact Customer Care Center at 1-800-867-7183 so that a representative can assist you with unlocking the SIM card.
