hii iam have samsung at&t SGH-I917, I HAVE PROBLEM WITH software.. in hydrabed no at&t SHOWROOMS, WHERE I GO TO REFUSED MY PROBLEM plz help me out

AT&T is only a service provider. The Phone belongs to Samsung and if there is any software issue it will be cleared by samsung only.
