How Can I Unlock My Windows Phone If I Forgot My Password
I Have A At&t Samsung Windows Sgh-i677 Phone And I Forgot My Password. To Be Able To Get In I Have To Put In My Password And I Forgot What It Is So I Just Want To Do A Whole Factory Reset On The Phone...how Would I Go About Doing That???

Hi. Try using Zune to rollback the firmware. This should erase all user data and the password. Manually begin the rollback process

- Continue holding down the camera button until you see the connect-to-computer screen.
Release the camera button. - Open the Zune software on the computer.
- The Zune software should automatically prompt you to start the roll-back, or restore process.
If you do get the restore prompt, continue the process to roll back your phone.
