Phone Turns Off For No Reason

My Samsung Convoy just started shutting down when I close it.

The phone shuts off because the battery is *barely* loose (I'm talking millimeters). Depending on how rough the user is with the phone, the battery can lose contact with the electical contacts, which shuts the phone off.

A cheap and easy work around is take a business card and tear it in in half lengthways. Now make a "taco shape" with the business card and put the battery in, standing straight up (card should be covering the gray border directly below the white arrows). Gently insert your battery (white arrows first) back into your phone compartment, and push the bottom of the battery (where the card is) into place. You might have to use a little force to push it into place, but please DON'T break anything. It should be a snug fit (to eliminate battery wiggle).

My second convoy began doing the same thing. I found a post on amazon that recommend I try switching batteries with my old convoy. This worked for me. Since then I've been told that cleaning the battery terminals with a q-tip also may work.
