How To Master Reset A Samsung Comment Sch-r380

1. On your phone, power cycle it or turn it off then on to refresh
2. Tap on the Emergency button
3. Type any of the codes to unlock the screen. ?The Hardway steps:
For android
1. Turn the phone off.
2. Press and hold Volume up and power. Wait for an android logo to computer.
3. Use volume up and down to navigate. Scroll down and select Reformat/Restore to default condiftion and use ok button or the power to select.
4. Once done on reformatting, scroll up and select restart device and wait till your phone boot up normally.
