Fridge Not Cooling

My fridge is not cooling. Control panel shows the following: 0F and the farenheit sign. How do I reset the panel

If you hold the lighting and freezer button on the ice and water panel for three seconds it should reset the cooling. It is most likely in demo mode right now.
