Samsung Rf4267 Error Code 81e

Refrig did not work after power outage.Was advised insufficiant electrical outlet/currant could be problem.Had control boards replaced but did not plug in till new dedicated electrical installed. Also, replaced water filter. Plugged in to new reeptical yesterday and showed 81 E. pressed energy saver & lighting same time and got OF OF. Pressed energy saver & freezer & sitll got OF OF. pressed energy SAvver & lighting again, got 81 E .
