The ice maker is not producing enough ice. This can be caused by a number of things, such as a low water level in the reservoir, a faulty ice maker, or a clogged ice maker produce.
The ice maker is set to dispense crushed ice. Make sure that the ice maker is set to dispense cubed ice.
There is a blockage in the ice dispenser chute. Check the ice dispenser chute for any blockages, such as ice cubes or ice build-up.
The ice dispenser is not properly aligned. Make sure that the ice dispenser is properly aligned.
If you have tried all of the above and the ice maker is still dispensing crushed ice, then you may need to contact Samsung customer support for assistance.
