Suddenly, No Water Is Dispensing. I Changed The Filter, Checked For Ice Buildup.

Suddenly, no water is dispensing. I changed the filter, checked for ice buildup....checked for kinked tubing...I checked the temps in the fridge and freezer, both, in normal range. What is the problem and how do I fix it?Thanks for any advice.
