Rf267aars/xaa Not Cooling

I looked at some posts on this site and found what appeared to be the solution to my problem. I took it a step further and replaced both the main board and the smaller board above it in the back of my fridge. It seemed to have fixed the problem but now I am back to square one. If I unplug and plug my fridge back in, the compressor will kick on but it will only do it once and then the temperature goes back up after a long period of time. Doesnt appear that the compressor ever starts back up. Help
