My Samsung Rf221cstsar Is Leaking Water Under Fridge
my fridge just started leaking water i think it is coming from a black drain hose accessible through rear panel can you please help me

The leak in your refrigerator could be caused by one of the following conditions:
- The coupler that connects the refrigerator water line to your water dispenser is damaged or installed incorrectly.
- The water filter is installed incorrectly.
- The connection between the refrigerator water line and your refrigerator is damaged.
- You have a hole in your refrigerator water line.
Procedures to correct these conditions and stop the leak are presented below.
Important: Unplug the refrigerator before you begin any of the procedures described below to minimize the possibility of electric shock.
Damaged or Incorrectly Attached CouplerTo check for a damaged or incorrectly attached coupler, follow these steps:
- Shut off the refrigerator water line where the line attaches to the house water source.Note: To shut off the water line, pull your refrigerator away from the wall until the back is exposed. Trace the water line from the back of the refrigerator to the point where it connects to your house water supply. There is a small shut-off valve at this connection. Turn the valve clockwise to shut the water off.
- Open the refrigerator doors.
- Lift up the front leg cover and then pull it away from the refrigerator.
