Recurring Problem With Pour Refrigerator
We are experiencing a recurring Ice forming issue with our Samsung refrigerator and we feel like we have been had by Samsung. We have paid for the same repair 3-4 times but the problem hasbnow been deemed unrepairable by the service technician. I have seen hundreds of similar complaints on your site and am wondering if you now have a solution to the problem that would allow ice to stop forming under the crisper and freezer drawers.
