Bluray Player Stuck After Playing 1 Movie
I just received my new HT-D5500. We watched our first bluray, then put in the second, a Disney movie, and it got stuck at the opening Disney Castle view. I can't forward, use any menus or anything. It list that scene as an 18 minutes scene. If I turn it off, comes back to that. If I unplug it, it works corectly, untill I put in another bluray, and it happens again. I tried How to Tame your Dragon as its not disney, and it just gets stuck on a black screen. Anyone else with this problem. Unplugging it fixes it everytime, but it's really anoying, and using settings to look for updates, says it has the most current update available.
