My Samsung Hl61a650 Turns Off And On.
When I turn my TV on, it stays on for about 20 seconds then turns off then back on over and over. When it is off the Standby/temp light is on...then the lamp light flashes. My picture is fine...could it be my lamp or fans?

Yes, this sounds exactly like a lamp on it's last legs. Part # BP96-01653A in stock for about $150 at: http://parts.andrewselectronics.com/search/electronic-parts/parts/21/BP96-01653A.aspx.
There are other things that can cause it not to start up, but usually there will not be a picture before it shuts down, and the color wheel will make a loud noise if the bearings fail. A bad fan usually will give a message on the screen before it turns off.
