Oven Door Will Not Unlock.

We self-cleaned our 3-year-old Samsung oven today.  It took three hours to finish cleaning.  It has now been over five hours since that cleaning and the oven door will not unlock.  Also, the display panel is not functioning (staying unlit).   I have checked the circuit breaker and it is OK, and the rangetop on the stove is also working. What else can we do without incurring a repair expense? I cannot give you the model name or number as the door is locked and I cannot access them.

Another possibility: there is a lock icon lower right of screen on my oven. Hold it for seven plus seconds. Door will unlock within a minute.

How to turn off the self-cleaning feature

You may find it necessary to stop or interrupt a self-cleaning cycle due to smoke in the oven. (When the self-cleaning cycle is done, End will show in the display and a beep will sound 6 times.) 1. Press the CLEAR/OFF pad. 2. You will be able to open the oven door once the oven has cooled down for approximately 1 hour.
