Deryer Does Not Heating. Hecked Heating Element, Thremal Fuse And High Limit Swi

I checked Heating element, thermal fuse and high limit switch on heat element and thermister and thermal fuse on blower siide. All have continuty. Element has 12.9 , and Thermister has 12.98 resistance.Blower moter blows cold air. What else could be the problem. At first dryer was not heating and not turning off even with power off, I have to take the wall plug off.I open control wires and replace back that stops that issue. but heating issue still there. All continuity test was ok. Need solution.
