Low Rinse Light On, Dishwasher Will Not Run

low rinse light on, dishwasherwill not run, I filled the low rinse dispencer, still will not run.

The dishwasher displays the rinse refill icon when the rinse aid reservoir is out of rinse aid. To refill your rinse aid dispenser reservoir, follow these steps: Open the dishwasher door to the fully open position. Turn the dispenser knob counter-clockwise to open the cover
