Locked Out

how can I get back in to my Samsung tracfone if i forgot my password

To reset the handset, to the factory default settings, follow the steps below:
  1. While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu
  2. Select Settings (9)
  3. Select Reset Settings (7)
  4. Highlight, using the navigation keys, any of the following:
    • All: Phone, Display, and Sound settings will be returned to default values
    • Phone settings: only phone settings will be returned to default values
    • Display settings: only display settings will be returned to default values
    • Sound settings: only sound settings will be returned to default values
  5. Press the left soft key for Select to check the box(es) of settings to reset
  6. Press the right soft key for Reset
  7. Press the left soft key for Yes to reset the phone
  8. Enter the password, using the keypad, default password is “00000000”
  9. Press the left soft key for OK to reset the handset settings to the factory defaults
