Cant Hear Phn

i can only hear people talking when i have speaker phn on thing i might have done something in my settings how do i fix that

Check to make sure the volume is turned up. Make sure that the volume is not muted. Do you experience this problem, no matter who you talk to? If so, then it is a problem with your phone and I would recommend speaking with Samsung Support for troubleshooting:
