I Purchased A Stella Mccartney Handbag A Year Ago This Month. The Bag I Am Retur

I purchased a Stella McCartney Falabella Handbag 1 year ago as of this month. On the receipt no where does it say anything about returning handbags only a 30 day return policy on jewelry. The bag has never been used and still has the original tags receipt and the original shopping bag. When I arrived at Saks in Boca Raton Florida today their were two women who did not even look at the bag just the receipt and said no way that there is a 30 day return policy, but that is incorrect it is only for jewelry. On the return policy no where does it say that you can not return handbags. I called Saks customer service when I returned home and the customer service lady said it all depends on the brand of handbag and that is not sure at all. My Stella McCartney Handbag is in mint condition has never been used and has original tags and receipt. My real question is can i demand my money back because I know most stores it's illegal to refuse a return.Please Help Thank You, Gretchen Bau
