Safelink Phone Is Completely Dead. Does Not Respond To New Fully Charged Batter

Trying to use phone to make calls. ... Motorola W419G flip phone. Erratic service followed by No Service message.New battery installed Nov 2018, but will not turn on. Does not work or respond at all. I want SafeLink to provide a phone that works. Frustrating because this service, provided by SafeLink, is for a 91-yr-old who now has no phone service. Please provide a simple replacement phone ASAP. Have been using this service for several years. Already tried a fully charged new battery and consultation with a technician.

If it won't turn on or charge, there may be an issue with the battery or charging port. Try testing the battery in another phone if you can. If it works, the charging port may be the issue. If not, then the battery may need to be replaced.
