Sorry but it's not possible to recover text messages once they've been deleted.

While there exist no direct way to achieve this on most feature phones, most smart phones will let you carry the same out through the use of a dedicated app. Kindly resubmit advising what device model and make you have and we'll hopefully be able to supply you will an exact procedure and app name.
