Hi, Is There A Possibility That You Can Replace My Cell Phone?

I'm using VeryKool mobile phone, Model:s354.FCC IDWa6S354. But lately, problems occured.It says it has Virus.It has too slow. When i text it freezes, get's stucked, which takes me a long time to finish my text. I can't even get a text back. Do you think there's a possibility that you can replace it with a new one?
