How Do You Disasemble Pro Cut Ii Fixed Line String Head To Remove Line
The line is too short to pull through and I can not get a new line in.

Don't Take It Apart! Keep'er Simple. I pushed the string from the "IN" side (the same direction you load fresh string) with an allen wrench (or use similar object) the same diameter as the string. That forced the too short nubbin' far enough out the "EXIT" hole to be nabbed and pulled out. Then, of course, in the future, I left a long enough piece stickin' out the exit to easily remove the old string.

I agree... don't take the 4 screws out. Get a piece of coat hanger or mechanics wire and push the remaining piece of string thru. Always leave enough line out of the exit hole to be able to grab it and pull out the broken piece. I carry a pair of needle nose pliers with me when I use my weed wacker. They work great for pulling the remaining string thru.
