Can You Get A 3 Layer Buffing Wheel Replaced?

Ryobi customer service informed me that no replacement parts are available for the RB60 or their other buffers. The buffers are essentially disposable unless you fabricate your own buffing wheel with some foam pads and some rubber cement.
