Broken?

it's was outside and got wet from the rain. Not a lot of rain. Let it dry out and it won't work. Any suggestions

Not issue, ideally leave in sun for about 2-3 days or with hot bowler blow for about 20-30 min.

Check if there is a fuse in the plug. If there is it is likely to have blown when you plugged it in after the drying period when there may have been some water left around. Check the wiring to the unit for a corroded connection as water damage will go bad when subjected to an influx of water. It may look OK but check the wiring.
