Loud And Blows Less Air
Is There Any Way To Service This, Or Replace Seals Or Tighten The Inpeller, Or?

Usually Ryobi tend to be difficultto dis-assemble. One thing worth trying is that the battery may be failing. If you have a volt meter then check that the battery has the full voltage as stated on the battery and check the exit port for stuck debris. If the battery has not been fully discharged in use it begins to be unable to take a full re-charge.
