Ryobi Lithium Ion Battery P103 Wont Charge

Apparently there is a problem with the P103 batteries & possibly the P104 batteries. I have had 4 P103 & 1 P104 batteries, less than 1 year old, not taking a charge. You can take them to any Home Depot & go to customer service desk. Per Ryobi rep (I have been messaging them), Ryobi has a program called Direct Ship. Home Depot needs to call the Direct Ship program to confirm your warranty. Home Depot will keep your old batteries & you will receive new ones from Ryobi. They have replaced 2 of mine, so far, and I got the new ones (P102) in 3 days. The 18V lithium's I think come with a 2 year warranty.
